I am an integrated practitioner offering you a dynamic combination of homoeopathic medicine, spiritual counselling, meditation & fitness- specializing in Pilates and Yoga. I've been passionately working all fields for over 25 years.
Homoeopathy: After a very serious illness I found my miracle cure in homoeopathic medicine! I wanted to understand how this simple remedy could bring me back to wellness! I proudly completed my Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Sydney College of homoeopathy in 2002 a double degree with a Bachelor of Health Science at UNE
Counselling: Begining my career in homoeopthy led me further to exploring the mental emotional causes of illness and so I embarked yet again as I enthusiastically began my studies at ACAP (Australian College of Applied Psychology) completing my post graduate diploma of counselling in 2003
Pilates & Yoga: If you aren't having fun exercising what's the point? Join me as we turn exercise in wellness and fun! I started my professional career as a ballerina after attending The Johannesburg school for Art, Ballet, Drama & Music, South Africa and later joining The Austin Ballet company in Texas and then PACT Ballet company in Johannesburg. Thereafter branching into contemporary dance with Free Flight Dance Company and later my modern/jazz career as I danced my way to a television and film career for 20 years! It’s natural that the brilliance of Pilates and Yoga would entice me later on and now I share that experience with you.
Meditation: Something I'm enthusiastic about is a spiritual teaching that I was fortunate to be guided towards 33 years ago. Blessed to be brought up by open minded parents I was able to explore my thoughts and feeling from a very early age, thus gaining discernment and follow enlightened teachings, which I can now share with others.
